Requirements
- you must have a good understanding of Domestic Abuse and the impact on children and their families
- you must have access to a confidential space in your home for some online working and administration tasks
- you must be able to drive and have access to the use of a vehicle for work
- you should be motivated, resilient and committed to meeting positive outcomes for children and young people
- please note this is not a counselling role
- you must have a minimum of 2 years experience of working directly with children and young people in a supporting role from a school, family support, or charity setting
- domestic abuse: 2 years
- working directly with children: 2 years

- an exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the project as a Programme Facilitator
- you will deliver a Respect Accredited structured programme-based intervention and offer motivational and domestic abuse educational programmes to support behaviour change for perpetrators of domestic abuse
- we are looking for individuals who can work empathetically and within strict professional boundaries and are committed to building strong relationships with a wide range of professional agencies
- you will have substantial experience of working with individuals and families who have experienced domestic abuse; and be able to demonstrate your understanding of the impact domestic abuse can have on the lives of those who experience it
