Responsibility
- to perform all other appropriate duties within the overall function of the job
- assist in the selection and storing of stock, including the verification of deliveries
- to replenish the stock of ingredients in the preparation areas
- reports to: Manager
- ensure a high standard of health and safety, cleanliness, and food sanitation, and ensure those adequate workplace procedures are practised. Report any issues to the Chef in Charge or the Senior Chef in Charge
- ensures proper staffing and adequate supplies for all stations
