Working hours

  • temporary | Contract

Responsibility

  • managing crowds and queues to maintain order, ensure safety near roads and busy areas or prevent overcrowding and injury
  • ensuring any dress codes are adhered to
  • checking people’s admission tickets on entry to a venue or event
  • patrol inside and outside a venue/premises to check security of access and egress routes and monitor activity in those areas
  • monitor people’s behaviour and professionally deal with conflict
  • physically intervene and escort people out of the venue, if necessary
  • deal with emergencies
  • co-operate with police, first aiders and management during incidents
