  • managing and updating customer information in our CRM system
  • referring interested customers to the field-based team
  • answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails
  • resolving customer and supplier queries

Requirements

  • confident, friendly and professional with excellent telephone manner
  • previous telesales, telemarketing or customer service experience
  • comfortable making calls and working within a busy office environment
  • interest or experience within the food and drink industry – restaurants, bars, hotels
  • proactive and self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • good IT skills, including good knowledge of MS Office
