REGENCY PURCHASING GROUP is looking for employees for positions:
- making outbound contact to our ever-growing member base
- providing information about our services and suppliers and responding to questions and queries
- asking questions to understand customer requirements
- managing your own call lists and sending and scheduling phone and email follow-ups
- managing and updating customer information in our CRM system
- referring interested customers to the field-based team
- answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails
- resolving customer and supplier queries
- confident, friendly and professional with excellent telephone manner
- previous telesales, telemarketing or customer service experience
- comfortable making calls and working within a busy office environment
- interest or experience within the food and drink industry – restaurants, bars, hotels
- proactive and self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- good IT skills, including good knowledge of MS Office
- providing exceptional administrative support
- typing-up customer invoices
- requesting supplier quotes
- liaising with field-based team providing them with office-based support
- updating the CRM
- extracting data and reports from our systems as required
- internal data analysis/benchmarking
- supporting the management and field team with administrative tasks
- confident, friendly and professional
- previous administrative/office experience in any industry
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- interest or experience within the food and drink industry – restaurants, bars, hotels
- good IT skills, including good knowledge of MS Office
- strong organisation, self-motivation and prioritisation skills
- A positive can-do attitude
- ability to work in a busy office environment
