  • ● Purchase order processes and policies ensuring orders are matched to purchase invoices and maintaining purchase order log
  • ensuring annual budgets are proposed from each budget heading
  • ● Check that invoices are correctly coded, authorised by the appropriate approver and entered onto QuickBooks
  • overall budget setting
  • ● Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • submission of proposed Annual budget to the Board for approval in the time frame agreed
  • ● Deal with account and payment queries
  • monitoring progress of budget, reviewing and proposing any significant adjustments in line with the budgeting process
