- ● Purchase order processes and policies ensuring orders are matched to purchase invoices and maintaining purchase order log

- ● Analyse and record credit card transactions onto QuickBooks and reconcile to monthly statements
- ● Develop and improve purchase ledger systems and processes to increase efficiency
- ● Oversee the process BACS payments and ensure direct debits are entered into QuickBooks by the Finance Assistant
- ● Monthly preparation of Ticket Solve reports and reconciliation onto QuickBooks
- ● Review financial settlements for co-producers, visiting companies and individual artists and ensure payment of royalties
- ● Issue and reconcile cash floats
- ● Reconcile credit card payments with bank records and resolve any issues
- ● Check and process expense claims
- ● Maintain the sales ledgers e.g., raising and entering sales invoices, allocating remittances and effective credit control
- ● Management of cash processing and procedures, liaising with other staff / RMTS etc. to ensure problems are resolved, ensure cash and cheques are banked on a timely basis

- ● Reconcile all debtor accounts monthly
- ● Provide support for Box Office, Theatre School, and Regal Community Theatre, in the best use of the Box Office system to record income and reconcile to QuickBooks
- ● Oversee the recording and reconciliation of fundraising income, ensuring gift aid information is correctly recorded and maintained
- ● Reconciliation of box office income, including third party ticket agencies, prepare journals and input onto the finance software, ensuring the correctness of VAT
- ● Monitor, develop and improve systems for recording income to improve accuracy and efficiency

- ● Help with the completion of year end statutory accounts and liaise with auditors / accountants to coordinate the annual audit, in collaboration with the Trustee Treasurer
- ● Preparation or management reports including reports on stock e.g. ticket solve, sweets, ice-creams, merchandise etc
- ● Overall responsibility for weekly completion of bank reconciliation

- ● Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
- ● Attend and participate in Finance Subcommittees and Board meetings for Finance Agenda items
