conduct regular follow-ups and communications with clients to monitor plan progress, address concerns, and provide ongoing support
perform administrative tasks related to maintaining accurate client records, documentation, and compliance standards
coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and optimize the effectiveness of debt management plans
stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure adherence and compliance
Requirements
proven experience in a client-facing role
strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and effectively engage with clients facing financial challenges
excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly in managing client records and documentation
ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive
proficiency in relevant software and tools for client management and documentation
