- chasing up outstanding debts via Phone/E-mail/ Chase up Letter
- monitoring debtor balances
- ensuring prompt payment of invoices
- weekly Reporting to Finance Manager on position of Debt Control
- assisting the finance Manager with any other ad-hoc tasks such as scanning, posting purchase invoices, completing new supplier/client forms etc
Requirements
- strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- confidence and persistence
- good telephone manner is essential
- knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- ability to work independently and meet deadlines
