Working hours

Responsibility

  • dealing with phone enquiries
  • chasing up outstanding debts via Phone/E-mail/ Chase up Letter
  • monitoring debtor balances
  • ensuring prompt payment of invoices
  • weekly Reporting to Finance Manager on position of Debt Control
  • assisting the finance Manager with any other ad-hoc tasks such as scanning, posting purchase invoices, completing new supplier/client forms etc

Requirements

  • strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • confidence and persistence
  • good telephone manner is essential
  • knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • ability to work independently and meet deadlines
