Responsibility
- taking and processing customer orders promptly and accurately
- proactively managing customer queries
- contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our services and special offers
- liaising with Sales Managers regarding customer requirements
- liaising with Purchasing and Distribution Teams on stock queries and assisting in some purchasing duties
- general administration
Requirements
- excellent telephone and communication skills
- organised with strong attention to detail
- good time management and ability to manage deadlines
- ability to work both on your own and as part of a team
- high numeracy & literacy
- ability to learn about products and sell them to customers
- previous customer service experience or telesales experience is desirable but not essential
- sensitive to the needs of the elderly and vulnerable adults
