Responsibility
- correctly record invoices received from suppliers, and ensure they are accurately entered into the books
- process payments, ensuring all invoices and expenses are paid according to agreed terms
- maintain the expense management and travel system and ensure employees are correctly reimbursed in line with company policy
- assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting
- prepare monthly consolidated management accounts and commentary for senior management
- reconcile accounts payable and bank records to maintain accuracy and completeness
- suggest ways to improve the invoicing and payment approval flows within the company
- assist with the statutory audit
