Responsibility
- receptionist
- greet and welcome clients upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed during their visit
- manage appointments and schedules, including confirming bookings, rescheduling, and coordinating with practitioners as needed
- answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- provide general administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, filing, and other ad hoc tasks
- process payments for services and assist with billing inquiries
- maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring it reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism
Requirements
- proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role, preferably within the dermatology, medical, or healthcare industry
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A strong work ethic and a genuine passion for the dermatology and medical industry
- the ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
- the right to work in the UK
