provide support to young people with life skills and education
with support from the Operation’s Director, you will have overall responsibility for the management, leadership, and direction of our establishment
take the lead in setting standards and evaluating achievements
protect the young people from risks to their health, welfare and development inside and outside of the home
the role will be busy and varied and you will take the operational lead for all safeguarding matters
provide effective leadership and provide team development and support
