  • A small team of chefs/ staff will be under your lead
  • develop menus and regularly update them to reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
  • due to this being a new position, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the store and growing its popularity
  • maintain inventory levels, place orders, and ensure cost-effective practices in the kitchen
  • train and mentor the culinary team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
