Responsibility
- read and interpret technical plans, diagrams, and drawings
- use a variety of hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and join materials
- perform site carpentry, including roof cutting, framing, and second fix work
- measure, cut, and shape materials with precision
- assemble furniture and other structures according to instructions
- inspect finished work for accuracy and quality
- maintain a safe working environment at all times
Requirements
- minimum 10 years of carpentry/joinery experience
- proficiency in 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry
- ability to read and work from plans and technical drawings
- strong knowledge of wood properties and other construction materials
- attention to detail and ability to work independently
- must have own tools
- carpentry: 10 years
- we are looking for a highly skilled Carpenter/Joiner with at least 10 years of experience in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry to join our team
