Responsibility
- ensure that inspections of properties are regularly undertaken in accordance with agreements and report any action points to the Property Manager
- organise daily workload and routes to ensure all properties within the business portfolio are visited within a set time period
- carry out water sampling tests as required
- complete inspection reports to a high and thorough standard at all times
- upload and send inspection reports to the relevant departments
- liaise with the Property Managers about any issues on their developments as necessary
- replace any out-dated, defective or missing signage on notice boards and liaise with the Corporate team to ensure recovery of costs and keep track of stock levels
- regularly collect keys for developments from the main office and ensure they are returned once audits are completed
