Responsibility
- about the Role
- you will discover plenty of experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to identify and validate product requirements
- you'll then translate those insights into design improvements
- in this role, you will collaborate with business owners, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate complex business requirements
- refining and testing interface elements and patterns in partnership with our product designers
- demonstrating proficiency in Figma, our preferred design platform, with experience in user testing and Maze as valuable assets
- you will conduct qualitative and quantitative research across various channels and domains to analyze customer needs, motivations, and expectations
- transforming complex requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs to deliver functional and user-friendly solutions
