Requirements

  • it is essential that all applicants hold the full CeMAP qualification
  • further Mortgage, Protection, and/or Compliance qualifications including Equity Release would be ideal. Red Kite can provide training for the Equity Release qualification, if needed. Red Kite will cover the costs
  • must own a car and be willing to travel to see Advisers remotely, if needed and when safe to do so. Red kite will pay for travel expenses to see Advisers and any out of town essential work related travel

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Responsibility

  • support with new adviser selection and recruitment. Lead the onboarding process and training for new advisers
  • horizon scan for any regulatory and business environment changes. Assess the impact that these changes may have on the company, Prepare and implement the necessary plans to ensure a positive outcome
  • compile monthly management information for RKFS Directors on Adviser Ratings/Risks, CPD, Sales Process adherence, Customer Vulnerability, Customer Understanding, Complaints etc
