Responsibility

  • bank Duty Manager - Hospitality Focused
  • the Red House is a luxury retirement village developed by Enterprise Retirement Living. The Village is home to 59 private apartments spread across a landscaped parkland site
  • in addition to the Owners apartments, leisure facilities include Fountains Restaurant, bar, extensive lounge spaces, hair and beauty salon, and a gym
  • developing, planning and executing events for Owners and to support property sales
  • co-ordinating building maintenance and carrying out health and safety checks
  • deputising for the General Manager in their absence

Requirements

  • experience in a customer focused environment such as retail or hospitality, however we do welcome applicants from all backgrounds
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • demonstrable experience of providing service which exceeds the customer expectation
