- extensive experience in composite design, particularly in high-performance automotive or motorsports industries

- proficiency in relevant software tools such as CATIA, Siemens NX, or similar

Responsibility
- work closely with the Composite Design Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines
- provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the composite design team
- identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the composite design team
- work closely with suppliers and external partners to source high-quality materials and components
- utilize their expertise to contribute to the development of lightweight, durable, and aerodynamically efficient composite components
- maintain and develop an effective communication with all the other departments
