Responsibility

  • we are currently looking to recruit a Property Lettings Negotiator to join our Manchester team, to assist with the smooth running of existing and upcoming opportunities
  • undertaking the full lettings process and communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors to manage any issues
  • attend property viewings and inspections whenever requested
  • resolving maintenance request for property under management, communicate between Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
  • schedule accompanied viewings and engage with clients and tenants
  • any other ad-hoc tasks where necessary
