- you will be responsible for taking calls from clients that have waste management requirements and tending to their enquiries
- scheduling job lists for the drivers daily, completing and matching tip tickets, amending drivers notes etc
- liaising with the finance team
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Operations Administrator
- you MUST demonstrate stability in previous roles
Requirements
- previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- proficiency in using Google Suite for document management and collaboration
- familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- basic knowledge of Sage or similar accounting software for data entry purposes
- strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- customer service: 2 years
