Responsibility

  • as the International Business Development Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of international distributors and end-user accounts
  • full sales responsibility for distributors and end-user accounts within your portfolio, ensuring high-margin and profitability
  • collaborate with international distributors to help them meet annual sales targets through regular visits and support
  • actively contribute to the Export Sales Team's performance to achieve sustained profit growth and retention
  • adherence to and demonstration of the company's values and policies
  • ensure that all distributors and end-user accounts operate in line with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • proven successful sales track record, ideally in a Business-to-Business environment
  • ability to generate new business and foster long-term relationships
  • ambitious self-starter seeking a career opportunity with growth potential
  • understanding of our product range and customer/distributor requirements for cleanroom consumable products and services
  • willingness to spend significant time in Lincolnshire during the initial 3 months for training
  • cleanroom consumable industry experience
