Responsibility
- responsible for the day-to-day operation of the outlet in absence of the Restaurant Manager
- ongoing training and development of front of house staff
- ensure that FOH areas comply with all current legal and internal requirements
- handling and resolving any Customer issues, and attending to customer
- needs as required
- monitor and replenish levels of stocks/stores of equipment and supplies Bwithin an agreed budget
- allocate tasks and duties to front of house staff and supervise in completion of same whilst ensuring a high level of customer service is provided
- monitor supplier performance and product quality and deal directly with any issues that arise
