Responsibility
- recruit Wealth are delighted to be representing one of our National Financial Planning clients who now seek to recruit a Platform Operations Administrator
- the business offers full Financial Planning and Wealth Management services to individual clients relating to pension and investment advice on a national scale
- this is an exciting, newly created position for an individual to learn, grow and progress within the Investment Operations team for a company who is currently going through rapid expansion
- to perform any other reasonable task at the discretion of the management
- ensure trading and cash transaction requests are implemented in a timely manner and followed up as needed
- receiving incoming calls from and making outgoing calls to internal staff, third-party providers and clients
- maintain procedures and other related documents for the platform
- completing administrative tasks as required for ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- effective communication skills both verbally and written in a manner appropriate to the intended audience
- must be organised and able to work under own initiative
- able to demonstrate exceptional organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
