- monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
- conduct regular patrols to prevent and detect any signs of intrusion or criminal activity
- respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, taking appropriate action as needed
- provide first aid assistance when required and coordinate with emergency services if necessary
- implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property
- communicate effectively with customers, staff, and authorities as needed
- the suitable candidate will have a good awareness of customer service, be presentable & be willing to wear a uniform that reflects on the company and it’s clients, in the most presentable manner
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role preferred
- strong attention to detail and observational skills
- certification in First Aid is desirable
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge of loss prevention methods and procedures is a plus
- ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
