  • we are an Independent, clinic, community and school based speech and language therapy team working with children from 1-19 years old
  • we are extremely passionate about what we do and this is reflected in our approach to supporting your child in therapy
  • our team provides assessment and therapy services to schools, nurseries and families across the Wirral and Liverpool
  • based in Liverpool and Wirral, we offer a personable and holistic approach to assessment and therapy and will devise individualised treatment plans tailored to your child's needs
  • rebecca Pearson Speech Therapy has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative Speech and Language Therapist to join our amazing school-based team
  • with ever growing demand for our services across the schools, we are looking to hire a new experienced Speech and Language Therapist to work within our mainstream schools across the Wirral
  • the successful applicant will have the opportunity to work alongside a lovely and supportive team provide assessments and interventions to the children within the schools and will also be involved in providing training to staff within the schools

Requirements

  • RCSLT accreditation and HCPC Active Membership
  • additional Training attended i.e., Makaton, Hanen, ELKLAN, AAC, PECS
  • recognised Speech and Language Therapy Degree
  • RCSLT member
  • enhanced DBS applied for by Rebecca Pearson Speech Therapy
  • experience working within a mainstream school with school aged children
  • experience and interest in service development
  • experience working with other professionals as a multi-disciplinary team
