Responsibility

  • england & Wales. The firm has a prized and growing client base of key corporate clients
  • significant landed estates, and local authorities
  • this is an opportunity for a property professional to act for our clients in a range complex, defended or litigated residential property matters
  • you will be expected to be familiar with most aspects of tenant default, court process including the enforcement of court judgments and in particular the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985
  • assisting head of department
  • you will be given responsibility and support to help you develop your professional skills, and you will be encouraged to think strategically, use initiative and sound judgment
  • we are looking to further strengthen the firm’s reputation by appointing a candidate able to offer a pro-active and commercial approach to and work at close quarters with our clients and their property managers
  • working under the guidance of a head of department we want the successful candidate to be a key member of Realty Law’s Residential Property team, providing a first-class, proactive, ‘can-do’ service to our clients on a range of residential disputes
