Responsibility

  • we are looking to recruit experienced SRSW for our homes in Lancashire
  • as a Senior Residential Support Worker/Team Leader/Lead practitioner you will support the Registered Manager and Deputy manager to ensure that good quality care is delivered to the children and young people in the home
  • we are looking for candidates who specifically have a level 3 NVQ in Children and Young People/L3 Diploma in Residential Childcare with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a children's home
  • please note we cannot consider candidates with experience supporting adults within a health a social care capacity, specifically we are looking for experienced practitioners in children's residential services within an Ofsted Registered Home

Requirements

  • level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • minimum age requirement of 24 years of age
  • hold a valid UK Driving Licence
  • experience in a Support Worker Role, Children’s settings would be an advantage
  • be able to work a 24 hour shift including sleeps
  • DBS on Update System
