Responsibility
- we are looking for someone to join our small team, at Reach Out caring we are all a big family and are looking for someone who is compassionate about making a difference in young adults lives to join our team
- full Uk driving licence is ideal
- we have a fully functioning workshop where individuals can be creative and make different items, we currently make over sized furniture out of recycled pallet wood
- you will be CRB checked and put on a three month probation period
- we are ideally looking for someone with experience in looking after adults with learning difficulties, we are a family run business and there will be the opportunity to move up the company as the business grows
- pay varies depending on experience from £11.50-£15 an hour with opportunities for pay rises if you show commitment, willing and loyalty
- in your position you will be working closely with our service users teaching them life skills, work skills and giving them the opportunity to be more independent for their future
- ideally we are looking for someone who is good with animals and/or has some wood work knowledge to help in our wood workshop and farm, this is not compulsory
