- strong public speaking and presentation skills
- degree in event planning, heritage, or related field
- strong organisational skills
- knowledge of the heritage sector
- experience of replying to queries from the general public
- up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in delivering events programmes
Responsibility
- replying to queries coming to the events e-mail address
- delivering and hosting events and weddings
- setting up for events, room hires, and weddings
- communicating with and managing clients, delivering exceptional customer service to meet their expectations
- supporting a review of the Middleport Pottery venue hire offer based on your event experience
- contributing event-related social media content to the Marketing & Communications Manager
