  • matching PO against POD and invoices
  • bank and cash reconciliations, month end reporting and other financial duties
  • placing orders with suppliers, resolving supplier queries and making payments
  • updating spreadsheets and other databases, filing paperwork, banking and other ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • previous experience in a similar role
  • candidate with own car is preferred
  • good with people and must have a positive attitude
  • sage 50: 2 years
