Responsibility
training can be provided if necessary, however it would be preferred if you have had prior experience with CIS
general bookkeeping: General bookkeeping tasks include recording financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and managing day-to-day financial data
credit control: Managing credit control involves monitoring and collecting outstanding invoices, ensuring that the company's cash flow remains healthy
monthly VAT Returns: Filing Value Added Tax returns on a monthly basis, ensuring compliance with tax regulations
payroll Duties: Managing employee payroll, including calculating wages, taxes, and ensuring accurate and timely payment
project reconciliations: This involves reconciling financial data related to our construction projects, ensuring that income and expenses are accurately recorded and tracked for each project
preparation of management accounts: Management accounts typically involve creating financial reports that provide insights into the company's financial performance, helping management make informed decisions
subcontractor CIS deductions: Handling the Construction Industry Scheme deductions, which involves ensuring that subcontractors' payments comply with CIS regulations
