Responsibility

  • you’ll be the primary point of contact for leaseholders, handling enquires and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • you’ll maintain accurate records, including leases, property files and all relevant documentation
  • you’ll assist with solicitors enquiries as and when a property is sold/purchased
  • you’ll assist the management team with ad-hoc projects such as mail-outs to leaseholders
  • provide cover for the team, as and when required
