support all in advising Service Managers on compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements and key performance indicators
keep up-to-date with legislation, standards and contractual requirements, interpret relevance to business requirements and inform the Home Managers and Provider accordingly
develop and implement a system to ensure that policies and procedures are relevant, up to date and fully compliant with all legislative and contractual requirements and reflect best practice
be responsible for the central recording of safeguarding alerts and investigations, ensuring that outcomes are shared appropriately to improve service delivery
Requirements
you will support to achieve sustainable service improvement through the development and implementation of the performance management and quality assurance frameworks
as a Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer, you will work closely with the Operational Manager and Provider to ensure that service delivery is compliant with relevant legislation, regulatory standards and contractual requirements
you will support in ensuring that person-centred approaches are continuously developed and implemented across the company which place the needs of service users at the heart of service delivery
