this is a part time job which the 16 hours per week schedule can be discussed and agreed at interview
perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
transcribe and proofread documents
this position is mainly office administration with a focus on marketing so ideally you will be good with excell spread sheets, online media platforms such as tik tok and FB
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
strong organizational and time management skills
excellent verbal and written communication skills
attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
experience with project coordination is a plus
knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
customer service: 1 year
administrative experience: 1 year
