Responsibility
supporting Windows networks, including associated cloud services, infrastructure and connectivity provide 1st line technical support to clients
conducting onsite troubleshooting at client facilities as needed to address complex requests. Representing the company positively
troubleshoot and fix technical faults and issues
coaching and mentoring junior engineers by sharing technical expertise, collecting organisational knowledge, and identifying continuous improvements
respond to client queries and service requests
serving as point of contact and guiding team in Team Leader's absence
assist with user rights, passwords, accounts
handle basic security administration
Requirements

experience of working in a corporate or MSP technology and environment
occasional onsite visits to clients when needed
comp TIA, Relevant Apprenticeship or higher education
degree or degree equivalent qualifications is desirable
