• we have created a new position for Finance Manager to keep us financially ‘fit’ and ‘smart’ as we continue to develop and grow, working closely with the senior leadership team, consultant FD, Finance Officer, and Credit Controller
• what you will be doing
• enhancing our accounting practices for cost reduction and profit maximisation
• preparing and posting monthly accruals, prepayments, and accounting entries
• managing our budget preparation and associated forecasting

• analysing monthly and quarterly financial performance compared to business plans, providing findings and recommendations to our management team
• leading the end-to-end audit process, acting as the first point of contact for external auditors

• what you will be doing
• carry out junction capacity modelling and CAD design work
• carry out day-to-day project management of projects, with support from senior colleagues and Directors

• assist with the financial management of projects, from drafting fee proposals to invoicing, with support from senior colleagues and Directors
• mentor junior colleagues
• prepare technical reports such as Access Appraisals, Transport Statements, Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and WCHARs with support from senior colleagues and Directors
• liaise with stakeholders, external project team members and clients
• actively carry out business development for the company
• represent the company at meetings, public consultations and exhibitions
