Responsibility
- working to schematic and mechanical drawings
- manufacturing Copper Busbars for Switchpanels
- assemble and fit products in accordance with the manufacturers requirements
- some CNC Machining work/Steelwork
- comply with company policies, procedures and instructions
- fitting of Devices into LV Switchboards
- comply with company Health and Safety procedures
- comply with company Health and Safety procedures and company policies, procedures and instructions
Requirements
- evidence of training/experience in the electrical field. E.g NVQ, C&G or equivalent training or apprenticeship
- ability to read schematic drawings
- good communicator
- attention to detail
- ability to measure and mark out
- ability to use hand tools correctly and in a safe manor
- training will be provided, there is potential for growth into a variety of roles
- full awareness and understanding of the importance of PPE and H&S awareness
