Responsibility

  • rapid Renewables is a leading trade supplier of renewable energy solutions for commercial and domestic installations based in Colnbrook, Berkshire
  • processing purchase invoices and matching to purchase orders
  • preparing supplier payment runs
  • reconciling key supplier accounts
  • liaising with Operations to reconcile stock and distribution costs
  • posting bank transactions and monthly reconciliations
  • established in 2022, Rapid Renewables has experienced fast-paced expansion and is now seeking a part-time book-keeper to support the company's future development
  • credit control

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with suppliers and customers
  • minimum AAT level 1 qualified or qualified by experience
  • at least 2 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role
  • full understanding of double entry bookkeeping
  • organised and able to manage own workload
  • self-motivated and flexible attitude
  • well presented, enthusiastic and reliable
  • bookkeeping: 2 years
