- processing purchase invoices and matching to purchase orders
- preparing supplier payment runs
- reconciling key supplier accounts
- liaising with Operations to reconcile stock and distribution costs
- posting bank transactions and monthly reconciliations
- established in 2022, Rapid Renewables has experienced fast-paced expansion and is now seeking a part-time book-keeper to support the company's future development
- credit control
Requirements
- excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with suppliers and customers
- minimum AAT level 1 qualified or qualified by experience
- at least 2 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role
- full understanding of double entry bookkeeping
- organised and able to manage own workload
- self-motivated and flexible attitude
- well presented, enthusiastic and reliable
- bookkeeping: 2 years
