Responsibility
- administer and manage three B2B manufacturing networks, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
- produce our webinars ensuring client onboarding, live broadcast and on-demand viewing runs smoothly
- engage with members of the community, encourage discussions, and facilitate interactions between members
- create and upload content, including articles, blog posts, videos, webinars, and other resources to keep the community engaged and informed
- monitor and analyse network metrics, including engagement, member growth, and other KPIs, and report on these metrics to management
- work closely with sales and editorial teams to align community initiatives with business goals
- identify and collaborate with key industry influencers to grow the networks and enhance the value for members
- represent the company at events, trade shows, and other industry-related conferences to promote the networks and connect with members
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- understanding of webinar tools
- experience in community management or related field, preferably in a B2B manufacturing space
- strong knowledge of web-building tools, online forums, and other digital engagement channels
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
- track record of managing and growing online communities
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- strong analytical skills, with experience in monitoring and reporting on engagement metrics
