Responsibility
- to supervise the maintenance team and third-party maintenance contractors, by scheduling and prioritising job tasks
- quality checking of maintenance tasks to ensure that tasks are completed to the required standards and frequency levels
- to assist with any H&S, risk assessments, processes or project related tasks as requested by the Head of Technical Services
- people Management
- motivating the team to ensure that it is operating at its maximum performance, by using strong leadership skills
- manage all maintenance related paperwork in line with company processes and regulatory requirements; including but not limited to, Fire Safety, Health and Safety, and Environmental Safety
- supporting and working as part of the wider Operations Department
- manages the team on a daily basis, including planning resources, setting goals and targets, organising required skills and monitoring performance improvement on a day to day basis
