- we’re looking for a passionate and experienced individual to manage and work as shadow of a Franchise Owner
- oversee and take detailed cake orders, complete the handing over of celebration cakes with precision and care
- we’re looking for someone who can lead the team in all aspects of delivering the best experience to every customer at all times whilst up keeping a clean & tidy shop and a high energy customer focused team
- regularly exercise initiative for a better working environment, customer experience, or brand products
- monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary
- to be able to manage with integrity, honesty, and the knowledge to promote the culture, values, and mission of Cake Box
- you will be responsible for the profit & loss within the store, and will be responsible for maximizing the profits where possible
- oversee, prepare, boxing and delivering cake/other product orders as required
