  • to design, develop and deliver communications that drive action and conversion whilst combining efficiencies of delivery
  • reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, you will be expected to own the delivery of campaigns that deliver product growth for the business, including tactical promotional campaigns, lifecycle journeys, new product launches and promotional newsletters
  • work with Brand, Product and Venue teams to better understand and quickly respond to changing customer needs and value expectations
