- collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes for clients
Requirements
- qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales
- extensive experience in immigration law, including asylum and human rights matters
- strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
- ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
- up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, policies, and procedures
- excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding clients' rights
