  • reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • overall management of purchase ledger, contact details, allocations, housekeeping, etc
  • preparation of purchase orders, obtaining approvals and ensuring all appropriate documentation is saved in the folder

Requirements

  • good communication skills, both internally and externally
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information
  • efficient processing of purchase orders and vendor invoices
  • timely response when resolving queries
  • purchase ledger: 2 years
