- contracts Manager - A CSCS Card ideally Black Managers or Gold Supervisor
- assistant Contracts Manager – A CSCS Card ideally Gold Supervisor
- health and Safety qualifications such as CITB SMSTS/SSSTS
- full UK driving licence
- excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills
- ability to deliver projects on time and in an efficient manner
- positive attitude and friendly outlook
- contract management: 1 year
Contract type
- have a hands on approach to managing contracts
- liaise with clients by phone, email and scheduled on-site meetings
- attend pre-start and site progress meetings for all works monitoring safety, performance and progress throughout the lifespan of our works
- plan and manage the directly employed site operatives and sub-contract labour
- liaise with our partner companies to communicate requirements, dates and progress
- produce and monitor site programmes for individual contracts
- ensure all site operatives are aware of the site specific objects of each project. via pre-start briefings
- manage contracts from handover to completion ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and to budget with a high level of client satisfaction
