Responsibility

  • rainbow Nurseries are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team in our setting in Crystal Palace, SE19
  • we are offering a £1000 recruitment bonus which is payable upon successful completion of your probation period, typically 3 months
  • the deputy position is partly room based, you will spend at least half of your time working with the children and giving guidance to the staff. You will cover for the Manager when she is on leave
  • this is a good opportunity to become a Manager in the future, all of our managers across our settings have progressed from a Deputy role as we like to promote people internally
  • you must have previous experience at least as Room Leader and have at least an NVQ Level 3. We can offer you free training on our apprenticeship scheme up to Level 5
