Responsibility

• our estate is a new development with plans to extend our services well beyond our current offering
• as a Sous chef you’ll become an expert on our menu, understanding what it takes to produce each dish to the high standards we expect from our kitchen
• as you become more confident, we expect you to take responsibility for your own station and deputise for our Sous Chef when required

• in the future you can expect to have input into our new seasonal menus, with the opportunity to experiment with locally sourced and self-grown produce to create new dishes
• you will also be responsible for developing future hires, ensuring that our standards are maintained and that new employees are trained to the level expected

Requirements
