Responsibility

  • provide first line IT and audio visual support around the school to staff
  • monitor the IT Helpdesk system and record reported issues. Resolve or escalate issues as appropriate. Report on Helpdesk statistics
  • 20. Assist in the creation/maintenance of documentation for the above activities
  • provide software support to staff and occasionally pupils, primarily for Windows, iOS and ChromeOS operating systems and applications

  • 19. Support the Data Manager in the start of year upload of student data and review of year-end rollover processing for external systems
