  • take the lead in ensuring that any new partner is correctly set up on the relevant systems
  • the Channel Partner Sales Coordinators primary purpose is to ensure the smooth and efficient and effective onboarding of new Channel Partners and Channel Partner order fulfilment
  • accept, acknowledge and successfully process all purchase orders from the Radius partner eco-system keeping the partner informed and up to date with all relevant information at all times
  • to handle all order related queries from channel partners in a timely manner and in so doing ensure that both sales and channel partners are furnished with any required pertinent information
