Responsibility
- matching Invoices with goods received and purchase orders, make sure any differences or queries are dealt with promptly
- entering multi-currency invoices onto the accounting software in a timely manner
- reconciliation of Purchase Ledger and related balance sheet accounts
- production of month end Purchase Ledger reports
- reconciliation of supplier statements
- proactive communication with Suppliers on invoice queries and payment
- maintenance of query log and chasing up resolutions
- supplier payments via, BACS, Cheques, priority payments and making sure that the payments are posted to the Bank ledger accounts
Requirements
- ’O’ Level or GCSE Equivalent grades
- ‘A’ Levels
- AAT Studier
